Due to the unique nature of customized products, we regretfully cannot offer returns or exchanges for these items, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Manufacturing Defects or Errors: In the unlikely event that your custom gift arrives with a manufacturing defect or if we have made an error in the customization process, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will require clear photographic evidence of the defect or error, along with a detailed description of the issue. Once we verify the problem, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your custom gift order, you must do so within 4 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests received after this time frame may not be accepted as the customization process may have already begun. To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team with your order details.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customized gifts that have been accurately personalized as per your approved proof. This policy applies to items such as engraved products, monogrammed items, custom printed merchandise, or any other customized gift that cannot be resold.
- Damaged in Transit: If your customized gift arrives damaged during transit, please notify our customer service team immediately. We may require you to provide Unboxing Video evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or refund.
